Lady EMP1RE Flag Football Club is a premier girls travel flag football program dedicated to developing athletes and building a true long-term program. We provide opportunities for girls to compete, train, and grow in a positive and challenging environment while preparing them for success both on and off the field.

LEAGUE PLAY
Lady EMP1RE competes year-round against some of the top programs in the region and across the country. Our teams participate in league play and tournaments throughout Northern California while also traveling outside the region to compete on the national stage.
