Meet the Coaches
Coach Ali has lived and breathed football his entire life. Growing up playing the game and continuing into adulthood through Flag Football, he has turned his passion into a mission: developing youth athletes and building a strong football community.
Over the years, Coach Ali has coached hundreds of athletes, both in Flag and Tackle football. He owns and operates official NFL FLAG leagues, has a direct partnership with the San Francisco 49ers, and also leads a competitive 7-on-7 travel football program.
Most notably, Coach Ali successfully launched the first All-Girls NFL FLAG league in the community, empowering over 180 female athletes to compete, learn, and grow through the game of football.
With his deep knowledge of the sport, his passion for youth development, and his commitment to creating opportunities for every athlete, Coach Ali ensures that every player in the program has a place to learn, play, and thrive
Coach Ali
Founder
Coach Gaines has been coaching youth football for over four years, leading nine flag football teams and two tackle teams during that time. He grew up playing the game he loves and went on to compete at Hampton University before transferring to the College of San Mateo, where he was part of a NorCal Championship team.
As a coach, his biggest passion is teaching kids the fundamentals of football while helping them build confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game. He believes every athlete deserves meaningful playing time, opportunities to grow, and an environment where they can truly enjoy the sport.
